UWAGA!
1) Postępowanie prowadzone jest w ramach SKW w trybie przetargu ograniczonego na podstawie art. 375 ustawy Pzp.
Za dopuszczonych do udziału w niniejszym postępowaniu uważa się wyłącznie wykonawców dopuszczonych do udziału w SKW.
2) Zamawiający wymaga aby formularz cenowy (załącznik nr 3.1.-3.4. do SWZ) sporządzony został w postaci katalogu elektronicznegotj. wymagane jest przedstawienie formularza cenowego w postaci arkusza kalkulacyjnego (np. format *.xlsx, *.xls lub podobny) w formacie nadającym się do zautomatyzowanego przetwarzania danych. Za katalog elektroniczny nie zostanie uznany plik pdf (formularz cenowy w postaci arkusza kalkulacyjnego zapisany z formatu *.xlsx, *.xls lub podobnego zamieniony do formatu *.pdf).
Złożenie formularza cenowego (załącznik nr 3.1.-.3.4. do SWZ) w sposób niezgodny z tymi wymaganiami skutkować będzie odrzuceniem oferty.
