Description of the object

Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy filtrów do autobusów marki Solaris, Mercedes, Volvo, Karsan, Autosan spełniających wymagania określone w SWZ. Ilości i asortyment pozycji do wyceny w danym zadaniu stanowi formularz cenowy - załącznik nr 3.1 , 3.2., 3.3 i 3.4 do SWZ.
UWAGA!
1) Postępowanie prowadzone jest w ramach SKW w trybie przetargu ograniczonego na podstawie art. 375 ustawy Pzp.
Za dopuszczonych do udziału w niniejszym postępowaniu uważa się wyłącznie wykonawców dopuszczonych do udziału w SKW.

2)Zamawiający wymaga aby formularz cenowy (załącznik nr 3.1., 3.2. , 3.3.  i 3.4 do SWZ) sporządzony został w postaci katalogu elektronicznego zgodnie z rozdziałem XV pkt 2 SWZ. Oferta (wszystkie dokumenty tworzące ofertę, w tym odpowiednio formularz cenowy załącznik 3.1, 3.2. , 3.3 i 3.4) powinna być złożona pod rygorem nieważności w formie elektronicznej tj. jako Dokument elektroniczny podpisany kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym przez osoby upoważnione do reprezentacji Wykonawcy.
