Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy fabrycznie nowych opon dla autobusów komunikacji miejskiej (dalej „produkty”) spełniające wymagania techniczne i technologiczne, o których mowa odpowiednio w załącznikach nr 9a, 9b i 9c do SWZ oraz utylizacja zużytych opon.
